If you are owning a Blogger blog, then you must know How to Backup and Restore Blogger Template. It is obvious that if you are blogging, then you need to do editing in your template, Or to Add any sort of widgets or tools to your blog. But Most bloggers ignore the Backup option. Well, if you do not know How to Backup and Restore Blogger Template, Then I will be showing tutorial on it. And also it is necessary for you to backup your template before editing your template to assure maximum security. Sometimes you might have got some unexpected results while editing your template. In such case, you must have a backup of your template otherwise it can trouble you.
How to Backup and Restore Blogger Template
Firstly make sure that you are logged into your Account from blogger.com.
Now go to Design<Edit Html Section. Just look at the image to understand.
Then Click on Download Full Template before making any changes/Editing your template. So, By Clicking on Download Full Template, you are saving a backup of your template in your computer in the form of a .xml file.

Now if you want to restore your template, then you need to go to the Edit HTML page, Click on Choose file, Select your template that you want to restore or upload and Click on Open!! That’s all!!
